We offer consulting, audits, and digital marketing services. Since these services involve strategy, research, and intellectual work, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has commenced.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you cancel a purchased service within 24 hours of payment and before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed Services: Refunds will not be provided once a service has been delivered or work has commenced.
- Digital Products & Reports: Any downloadable or custom reports are non-refundable once delivered.
- Consulting Sessions: Scheduled consulting sessions cannot be refunded but may be rescheduled with prior notice.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Provide the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 30 business days.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and block future transactions from the customer.
